New Support Package for Developers
Frustrated by our current single support ticket model? Based on customer input, we are moving away from the single ticket model and changing our developer support program. Called Developer Access, customers are now able to purchase four developer tickets at a time - this will allow us to work together to resolve more complex issues over a series of sessions.
